4/21/2010 - Tom Gosselin's Team Issue road frame was sent to him this morning. Looking forward to seeing this thing raced all season long. Never to early to start building his cross bikes though. Check out the picture gallery on Facebook. Personally, I decided I'm only going to race cyclocross this year, and on a singlespeed. I have an older set of Bontrager Carbon Aero wheels with some Challenge Grifo tires that I can repurpose for a singlespeed cross bike. The rear has a Campy freehub so I'm going to have to do a little lathe work on the Gusset 1'r kit I have lying around. I think I have some loose Veloce or Centaur cogs that will do the trick. That's all going to wait until Oscar's road bike is finished up though. Oscar won the Bicycle Coalition of Maine's bike raffle last year and he is guaranteed to have the hottest wheels at the Montauk Century in May. He's also going to piece together a nice video of the whole build process. Can't wait!
